Shipping & Returns
Shipping cost is $4.98 anywhere in the United States, takes 3-8 days from date of shipping confirmation.
Free Shipping on orders over $65.00 or more.
International Shipping to Canada is $15.00 & Australia $18.00.
Everywhere else is $25.00. Those shipping dates can vary due to Customs, which is out of our control.
If needed, orders can be sent via courier service the same day anywhere in Manhattan or Brooklyn for an additional fee.
If you are unhappy with your purchase will gladly issue a refund within 10 days.
After 10 days, the customer will be issued a store credit.
Send an email at email@example.com letting us know you will be shipping your item back to us.
We will give you a confirmation number and return address.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the item, we will happily issue your refund and send a confirmation email for your records. The cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a confirmation number and a return address to ship to.
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry. If you are in need of repair based on normal usage, please contact us to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and shipping address. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair.
